After-sales Service
I. 7-day No-Reason Return:
1. Buyers can enjoy no-reason returns within 7 days of receipt.
2. Buyers must ensure that Huaxia Bronze Art works and packaging are not artificially damaged to affect secondary sales, otherwise we have the right to refuse acceptance.
3. Buyers must bear the express delivery fee for returned works. Due to high on-delivery fees, we do not accept any on-delivery methods.

II. 15-day Free Exchange:
1. If quality problems are found within 15 days after receipt, you can contact our customer service. If confirmed as a quality problem, we will exchange the goods for you and bear all round-trip postage.
2. After receiving your returned work, we will promptly send you another identical work. If the work happens to be out of stock, we will inform you of the time for re-production and shipment.
